Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop confidently at Blanton Backwater Outfitters. Return eligibility depends on whether your item was ready-to-ship or made-to-order.

Ready-to-Ship Items: 30 Days

Eligible ready-to-ship products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition. Contact us for approval and return instructions before mailing anything.

Made-to-Order Items

Because these items are produced for each order, they are generally final sale for change-of-mind purchases, including size or design preference changes. Damaged, defective or incorrect items remain eligible for an appropriate remedy.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Email your order number, a description of the issue and photos if available. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where warranted.

Exchanges

Exchanges for eligible ready-to-ship items depend on stock availability. Made-to-order size or preference exchanges are generally unavailable, except where required by law or for fulfillment errors.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Contact us for return shipping arrangements and applicable costs before sending an item.
